1) 목적 및 라이선스 부여

• 본 약관은 iRoutine(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
• 회사는 본 약관에 따라 이용자에게 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 비독점적, 양도불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
• 본 약관은 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)으로서의 효력을 가집니다.

2) 계정 및 자격

• 만 14세 미만의 이용은 보호자(부모) 계정의 동의 및 관리 하에 이루어집니다.
• 이용자는 가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않습니다.

3) 서비스 내용

• 알람/루틴 생성·수정·삭제, 알림 전송, 부모-자녀 연동을 통한 보호자의 자녀 알람 관리 기능을 제공합니다.
• 알람/루틴의 생성·수정·삭제 기능은 보호자(부모) 계정에 제공되며, 자녀 계정은 보호자가 설정한 알람/루틴을 확인 및 수행(예: 출발/도착, 루틴 체크)하는 기능을 제공합니다.
• 회사는 서비스 운영 정책에 따라 보호자(부모) 계정의 알람/루틴 생성 기능에 일일 제공량 또는 이용 제한을 둘 수 있습니다. 보호자(부모)가 1일 1회를 초과하여 알람 또는 루틴을 추가로 생성하려는 경우, 추가 생성 기능 이용을 위해 광고 시청이 필요할 수 있으며, 구체적인 기준 및 정책은 서비스 내 안내에 따릅니다.
• 서비스는 지속적으로 개선·변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 앱 공지로 안내합니다.

4) 구독 및 결제

• 프리미엄 기능은 자동 갱신형 구독으로 제공됩니다.
• 가격: 월 1,100원, 연 8,800원(실제 청구 금액과 세금은 각 앱마켓 표기/정책 기준을 따릅니다).
• 결제/청구/환불/취소는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
• 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전 자동 갱신될 수 있으며, 갱신 관리는 각 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 할 수 있습니다.
• 구매 취소(청약철회) 관련: 취소/환불은 각 스토어 정책 및 심사 결과에 따릅니다.

5) 보호자-자녀 기능

• 보호자는 자녀 계정의 알람을 생성·변경·삭제할 수 있으며, 자녀 활동 알림을 수신할 수 있습니다.
• 보호자는 해당 기능 사용에 따른 책임을 부담하며, 자녀 개인정보를 적법하게 처리해야 합니다.

6) 이용자의 의무

• 법령·약관·공지 준수 및 타인의 권리 침해 금지.
• 계정 보안(비밀번호/기기 관리) 유지에 주의해야 합니다.

7) 금지 행위

• 비정상적 접근, 리버스 엔지니어링, 스팸/악성코드 유포, 타인의 계정·데이터 무단 접근 등.

8) 서비스 제공의 중단

• 시스템 점검, 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(Firebase, 앱마켓 결제 등) 장애로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

9) 지적재산권

• 서비스 및 제공 콘텐츠의 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 무단 사용을 금합니다.

10) 책임 제한

• 무료 제공 기능 또는 불가항력·제3자 서비스 장애로 인한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 유료 구독 관련 환불/청구 분쟁은 우선 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.

11) 계약 해지

• 이용자는 언제든지 각 스토어에서 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 앱 또는 문의 채널을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.

12) 약관의 변경

• 변경 시 적용일자 및 사유를 사전에 공지합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지와 함께 고지됩니다.

13) 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

• 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

14) 문의처

1) 삭제 대상 및 범위

• 계정 기본 정보: 이름, 이메일, 역할(부모/자녀)
• 가족/관계 정보: 부모-자녀 연결 정보
• 앱 데이터: 알람 설정, 알람 활동 기록(확인/해제/스누즈/놓침)
• 기기 식별자: 푸시 알림용 FCM 토큰

2) 보관 및 삭제 시점

• 법령 준수 및 분쟁 대응을 위해 최대 90일 이내 최소한의 기록을 보관할 수 있습니다.
• 보관 기간 경과 후 관련 데이터는 영구 삭제됩니다.

3) 계정/데이터 삭제 요청 방법

• 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.
• 메일 제목에 반드시 [데이터 삭제 요청] 문구를 포함해 주세요.
• 요청 메일 본문에는 다음 정보를 기재해 주세요.
  • 성함
  • 전화번호
  • 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소 (보내시는 이메일이 로그인 이메일과 동일하면 본인 확인에 유리합니다)
• 처리 기간: 접수 후 영업일 기준 7~14일

4) 주의사항

• 삭제 완료 후에는 복구가 불가능합니다.
• 부모/자녀 관계로 연결된 다른 사용자에게 영향이 있을 수 있으니 신중히 요청해 주세요.

1) Personal Information We Collect

• Registration/Authentication: Google OAuth profile (name/email/profile image), Apple Sign In profile (name/email)
• Service Usage: Alarms, notifications, alarm activity logs, parent-child relationship information, FCM tokens, device/platform information
• Uploaded Content: Audio files (Storage)
• Automatically Collected: App usage logs, error/debug logs, notification permission/token status (for diagnostics)

2) Purpose of Collection and Use

• Account creation/login and user identification
• Subscription payment processing, server verification (Cloud Functions)
• Alarm creation/management/synchronization, sending parent notifications for child activities
• Service improvement, troubleshooting, security, and legal compliance

3) Processing and Retention

• We use cloud infrastructure such as Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, notification delivery, and server processing.
• Data may be transferred and stored on overseas servers (e.g., United States)
• Retention Period: Data is retained until account deletion, except where legal obligations require longer retention

4) Third-Party Sharing and Processing

• Payment Processing: Apple App Store, Google Play, and other app marketplace payment providers
• Infrastructure: Google Firebase services
• Each provider's privacy policy applies to their services

5) Children's Privacy Protection (Family Policy Compliance)

5-1) Collection and Processing of Children's Information

• Age Restriction: Children under 13 must have prior parental/guardian consent to use the service
• Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service to children
  • Account Information: Basic profile through Google/Apple login
  • Service Usage: Alarm settings, routine management data
  • Parent Connection: Connection information for parent-child relationship setup
• Sensitive Information Excluded: We do not collect sensitive personal information such as location, contacts, or photos/videos from children

5-2) Parental Consent and Management

• Prior Consent: We obtain explicit consent from parents/guardians when creating child accounts
• Ongoing Management: Parents can review and control their child's personal information processing at any time
• Rights Exercise: Parents can exercise the following rights regarding their child's personal information:
  • Review personal information collection and usage
  • Request correction or deletion of personal information
  • Request suspension of personal information processing
  • Withdraw consent and delete account

5-3) Child-Specific Safety Measures

• Data Security: Children's data receives the same level of encryption and security measures as adult data
• Access Restriction: Access to children's personal information is limited to the minimum necessary personnel
• Third-Party Sharing Restriction: Children's personal information is not shared with third parties except as permitted by law
• Marketing Restriction: We do not use children's personal information for marketing purposes

5-4) Child-Friendly Service Design

• Age Appropriateness: We provide only safe and appropriate content considering children's developmental stages
• Parental Control: We provide features for parents to monitor and manage their child's service usage
• Educational Value: We provide alarm and routine management features that help develop healthy lifestyle habits

5-5) Legal Compliance

• Domestic Law: We comply with Korean laws related to children's personal information protection, including the Personal Information Protection Act
• International Standards: We comply with international child protection standards such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
• Platform Policies: We comply with Google Play Family Policy and Apple App Store child protection policies

7) Security Measures

• Access control, transmission encryption (HTTPS), authentication information protection, etc.
• We cannot eliminate all risks from third-party service failures or force majeure situations

8) Cookies/Trackers

• Due to the app's nature, we do not use web cookies
• Push tokens/device identifiers may be used for notification delivery and security purposes

9) International Transfer Notice

• Data may be transferred to overseas servers such as Firebase; if you do not consent, service usage may be restricted

• Changes will be announced through in-app notifications and updated versions will be provided

11) Contact

1) Purpose and License Grant

• These terms establish the conditions and procedures for using iRoutine (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of users and the company.
• The company grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
• These terms serve as an End User License Agreement (EULA).

2) Account and Eligibility

• Use by persons under 14 years of age requires consent and supervision from a parent/guardian account.
• Users must provide accurate information when registering and must not infringe on others' rights.

3) Service Description

• We provide alarm/routine creation, modification, deletion, notification delivery, and parent-child linking for parental management of children's alarms.
• Alarm/routine creation, modification, and deletion features are provided to parent accounts; child accounts can view and perform (e.g., departure/arrival, routine check) alarms/routines set by parents.
• The company may set daily limits or usage restrictions on alarm/routine creation for parent accounts according to service operation policies. If a parent wishes to create more than one alarm or routine per day, ad viewing may be required for additional creation; specific criteria and policies are provided within the service.
• The service may be continuously improved and changed; significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications.

4) Subscription and Payment

• Premium features are provided through auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Pricing: Monthly ₩1,100, Yearly ₩8,800 (actual charges and taxes follow each app marketplace's display/policy).
• Payment/billing/refunds/cancellation follow Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal management can be done in each store's subscription management screen.
• Regarding purchase cancellation (withdrawal): Cancellation/refund follows each store's policy and review results.

5) Parent-Child Features

• Parents can create, modify, and delete alarms for child accounts and receive notifications about child activities.
• Parents bear responsibility for using these features and must process children's personal information lawfully.

6) User Obligations

• Comply with laws, terms, and notices; do not infringe on others' rights.
• Maintain account security (password/device management).

7) Prohibited Activities

• Abnormal access, reverse engineering, spam/malware distribution, unauthorized access to others' accounts/data, etc.

8) Service Interruption

• Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party service (Firebase, app marketplace payment, etc.) failures.

9) Intellectual Property

• Rights to the service and provided content belong to the company or legitimate rights holders; unauthorized use is prohibited.

10) Limitation of Liability

• The company is not liable for damages from free features or force majeure/third-party service failures.
• Refund/billing disputes related to paid subscriptions primarily follow each store's policy.

11) Contract Termination

• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through each store. Account deletion can be requested through the app or contact channels.

12) Changes to Terms

• Changes will be announced in advance with effective date and reasons. Significant changes will be notified through in-app announcements.

13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Korean law governs these terms; disputes will be resolved in the competent court.

2) Retention and Deletion Timeline

• Minimal records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
• Related data will be permanently deleted after the retention period.

3) How to Request Account/Data Deletion

• Please request deletion via the email below.
• Email subject must include [Data Deletion Request].
• Please include the following information in your email:
  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email address used for login (Using the same email for the request helps verify your identity)
• Processing Time: 7-14 business days after receipt

4) Important Notes

• Deletion is irreversible once completed.
• Please consider carefully as this may affect other users connected through parent/child relationships.
